Warranty policy

We provide a warranty of 3 months for certain products. If the received product is found to be defective or damaged that is not caused by human damage, you can avail warranty services.

  • ELIGIBILITY- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • WARRANTY CARD - You need to provide the warranty card (signed and stamped) along with the product
  • CONTACT US- If you need to return/exchange a product under warranty, you can reach out to us. Your options are:

  • CONSTRAINTS: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Normal wear and tear of the equipment;
    • Usage of equipment other than its normal and customer manner;
    • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out.
    • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident however caused to product.
    • Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product;
    • Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage;
    • Liquid damage
    • Lightning, accident or negligible use;
    • War, fire, typhoon, flood or earthquake;
